All Ma & Pa Catering Co staff are trained in hygiene and food handling in which they have to pass a hygiene and food handlers course HACCP. The Environmental Health Department are very stringent with their guidelines. Our premises in Walton On Thames / Hersham has been granted approval by the Environmental Health Department and will be checked regularly by their EH Officers.
Once food is prepared it is immediately transferred to our refrigerated & hot vehicles for delivery throughout the Surrey area, ensuring you of fresh quality food at all times with regular temperature checks being carried out to maintain a temperature of 3c -8c for cold food and 63c – 70c for hot food as per government ruling.
Ma & Pa Catering Co have catered for everything from an intimate sit-down dinner to a grand wedding. Product launches, sales conferences, champagne breakfasts, directors business lunches and vending services have all benefited from our innovated approach to the catered event.
